Mr Michael Loh, 40, has been playing the violin since he was 9.
A violinist with the Singapore Symphony Orchestra (SSO) for the past 17 years, Michael's musical skill took him to a music university in Germany at age 13 - when the minimum age was probably about 16, says Michael.
After six years of study, he worked in orchestras in Germany for three years before joining the SSO.
Playing in an orchestra does not require meeting a lot of different people, says Michael, so he gets around this issue by partying.
"I'm party too much!" he declares. "I'm going to slow down. But partying is how I meet people from all walks of life and get in touch with the 'real world'.
He also likes to play pool and hit the gym - it's all about "maintaining a well-rounded life".
As for his work, playing with different guest conductors and guest soloists each week keeps things fresh, ensuring that no piece is every played quite the same way.
"It's enjoyable. There's something different to look towards every week," says Michael.
Why you should vote for me: "My motto is 'work hard, play hard'. In everything you do, try to give it your best shot."

Ms Magdalene Tan, 28, a corporate communications executive at L'Oreal, says she has always wanted to do public relations work.
In her work, Magdalene liases with people from within and outside the company, and writes a fair bit of internal newsletters and press releases.
"It requires a unique kind of skill. You need to be sociable, be able to handle people, and have good writing skills," she says.
"I like what I'm doing a lot. I think it's a lot to do with passion."
She has the passion for dancing too, having learnt ballet when she was a young girl and salsa as well. Magdalene says she doesn't have much time for dance lessons these days though, and contends herself with hitting the clubs once a week, during weekends.
As for the future, Magdalene says she hopes to run her own agency one day.
"I really hope to excel in the PR industry and be someone in PR.
"Now, I need to get the experience and build up a lot of contacts."
Why you should vote for me: "Inner beauty counts."
