Mr Mohamed Fazil bin Mohamed Suyuti, 24, management support officer with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, says his work is like international public relations, since he writes letters to governments around the world.
He wants to advance in the public relations field, so Fazil is taking a part-time degree in mass communication and liberal arts at MDIS, from which he has a partial scholarship.
Why mass communication with liberal arts? "I've always been interested in music and arts and drama," says Fazil, who should be fairly comfortable in front of an audience. He used to play music in a symphonic band, and while in Secondary school and polytechnic he was involved in hosting work.
It is always tough balancing study with a full-time job, but Fazil knows he must clearly set some time for fun.
"I make sure that those days I'm supposed to play, I don't do any work," says Fazil, who marks Saturdays out for hip hop lessons at the gym.
Eventually, he hopes to work overseas and travel the world. "I want to travel all over Europe and America and meet the friends I made from there," says Fazil.

Ms Anthea Quek, 26, can be said to be a model teacher.
The camera-loving Anthea says she started modelling during her junior college days and has appeared in some teenage magazines. She also has an interest in fashion and performing arts, and hopes one day to pursue a career in these fields.
"I feel that I'm quite photogenic, and when my pics turn out well and it helps to promote a product or enhance some illustration, why not?" asked Anthea.
She says she was inspired to become a teacher by her family - her aunties and brother are teachers. "Teaching is very inspiring in a sense as I get to touch individuals," says Anthea.
However, she realised there are restrictions to a teacher's role, so her priorities changed a bit.
Which is why she is looking to develop in other fields. "If I'm in the media, I can touch the masses," she explains.
"I'm trying to get more involved in production work and see where my forte lies," says Anthea, who adds that she is appearing in the current season of the Mandarin talk show, "Shoot", or "you hua jiu shuo".
