Mr Jaron Chan, 26, is a product manager for L'Oreal Professionnel - a line of L'Oreal products that is only available in salons.
It's a lot of work, says Jaron, who got the job after taking part in an international L'Oreal marketing competition in which his team finished second.
As product managers, "we're like brand guardians. We're in charge of anything to do with the brand", says Jaron. This means charting the brand's marketing direction, planning launches, preparing press releases and liaising with hair technicians.
So, when it's time to relax, "you don't want to do too much. You just want to chill out, maybe relax at home".
And one of the things Jaron does at home is baking, which he started on about a month back. "It's quite therapeutic," he says.
As for the years ahead, Jaron says he wants to keep doing the things he wants to do.
"At this moment in time, I am. I studied marketing, and I'm doing marketing. I wish to further my career in this line."

Ms Rachel Yang, 23, is currently a freelance model. She's been modelling since graduating from her civil engineering course at the National University of Singapore three months back.
"After dealing with engineering for four years in university, I found it rigid and boring. A lot of formulae to follow and as long as you do that, you'll never go wrong," she says
But this modelling career will probably last only about six months to a year, reckons Rachel, as she looks for a job with lots of human interaction.
"I desire a career where I can take satisfaction from carrying out my ideas. I'm thinking about advertising, marketing, or starting my own business."
Meanwhile, the Chinese National, who's been living here for the past nine years, is simply enjoying her current lifestyle - the luxury of waking up in the afternoons, reading and listening to music.
Through music, "you're experiencing another kind of life that you don't really get to experience in your real life", says Rachel, who enjoys the rawness and energy of blues and rock and roll.
