Mr Liow Ee Ting, 27, a Senior Executive with the
Singapore Land Authority, says the two pillars of his
life are family and religion.
He has been involved in church activities throughout
his youth, actively serving as a cell group leader
with the youth fellowship at St Andrew's Cathedral.
"I grew up with the same familiar faces from church.
They are like a second family to me." he says.
On top of his full-time job, Ee Ting is pursuing his
Masters in Real Estate on a part time basis.
He admits it is very challenging juggling work,
family, studies and church commitments.
"I don't really have enough time for myself anymore,"
laments Ee Ting, who is also one of the nominees for
this year's CLEO's Bachelor of the Year.
"I guess I was born an introvert. I enjoy my time
alone, but the last few years has taught me to open up
myself to people and opportunities. I'm probably more
outgoing now as compared to five years ago."
Why you should vote for me: "I'm a family-oriented man."

Ms Vicky Ong, 25, a Senior Business Development
Executive with DHL, is a toughie who gets going when the
going gets rough.
Feisty and independent, she paid her own way through
junior college and university by taking on odd jobs
like giving private tuition as her parents, who
divorced when she was very young, could not support
her studies.
She even gave up the chance to pursue her honours
degree to start work earlier because she had to
support her family.
Says the tough cookie with a tenacity to match: "It
was a really rough period in my life, but I was able
to weather it and emerged more street-smart."
In the last two years, she has worked with two
companies and the The Air Force but did not like the
9-to-5 deskbound job.
Her current job requires her to travel quite
frequently.
Vicky, who thrives on pressure, is not complaining.
"I can't sit still and need to be on the move
constantly!" she exclaims.
Close friends and colleagues liken her to a chilli
padi - "small in size but packs a punch." It is no
surprise then that Vicky love spicy foods like Laksa
and Sambal Stingray.
Why you should vote for me: "I'm quite a feminist. I
believe in girl-power."
