Mr Mark Foo, 33, is a headhunter in the executive search industry.
Trained in IT and formerly an engineer, Mark says he switched to his current industry two years ago as he preferred to work with people than machines.
"The basic skill to have is the ability to go out and talk to strangers," says Mark. "You need to be someone who has great perseverance and great social skills."
How does he match employer with employee? Cold calls, networking to find out who is doing what, and visiting clients at their offices to find out their requirements.
'It's the kind of job where the longer you work in it, the easier it becomes because your network becomes stronger," says Mark.
The exercise enthusiast hits the gym four to five times a week. Besides relieving stress, working out helps him work his life out.
"Especially when I'm running on the treadmill," says Mark. "It gives me time to focus on issues, either work- or personal-wise."
And one thing he has figured out is that he wants to travel to more places and meet more interesting people.
"I probably want to go overseas to work, particularly north Asia, like China, Hong Kong, Taiwan or Korea. I think there are lots of opportunities there."
Why you should vote for me: "I think I'm extraordinary and special."

Ms Wong Siew Lu says she has visited more than 40 countries so far. And the seasoned traveller is just 25 years old.
"My courage and determination have led me down a different life path than my peers," says the investment analyst in the IT field.
Her parents, says Siew Lu, were avid travellers and took her along for their trips when she was younger. And from the age of 18, she has been doing it on her own, for leisure, studies and work. She has since been to most of Europe and most continents except South America and South Pole.
Her favourite place, says Siew Lu, is Kiruna, located 200km inside the Arctic circle. She went there during an exchange programme to Sweden in the winter of 2004.
"You can see the aurora, do dog sledding and fish on a frozen lake - A very exotic experience."
But while fun, living out of a suitcase eventually takes it's toll.
"In the last four years, I've not lived in a country for more than half a year. I would like a more stable type of lifestyle now," explains Siew Lu.
"I want to set up a family, build my career and look for opportunities to contribute to society," she adds.
Why you should vote for me: "My belief is that if there is a will, there is a way."
