Mr Darrell Ee, 26, is a trading analyst with an oil trading firm.
This is his first full-time job, and he has only been at it for just two months.
"The main goal for me now is just to learn the business well and see if the company trusts you enough to allow you to trade with their money," says Darrell.
Outside of work, Darrell, who describes himself as fairly sporty, plays a bit of tennis and golf. Before that, he was a member of the national water polo team, and travelled all over the world – UK, China, Korea, Australia – for competitions. But the most memorable and satisfying part for him was winning the gold at the 2003 Southeast Asian Games.
"I like team sports," says Darrell. "It's about working together in a team, everyone doing their part to achieve one goal. It's training together, suffering together, sharing all the moments together."

Ms Rachel Lim, 26, is a doctor in the emergency department of a local hospital, which means she has to take on 12-hour shift, all-night calls and weekend duties in her stride.
"It's very different from studying," says Rachel, who has been working for two years now. "A lot of them are not textbook cases and there are emotional issues to deal with.
"And when you can help them, that's the rewarding part."
The long hours at work may have helped her prioritise what is important in life.
"I'm at a stage where I would like to spend more time with the people I love, my family and friends," she adds. This means doing with less sleep so that she can have a balanced life.
Rachel plans to specialise in family medicine.
"It is one area where you really have to build good relationships with your patients. You are their family doctor. They'll go to you every time they are not well," she says of her choice.
