Mr Ben Lee, 23, a brand strategist with NewUrbanMale.com, got hooked on outdoor sports in Secondary school.
"When I went to the Outward Bound School on Pulau Ubin, it just struck me."
"This is my stuff - rock climbing, canoeing..." says Ben, who also rollerblades and swims. Despite his hectic work schedule, he tries to continue being involved in such activities.
"While official working hours are from 9am to 6pm, I usually have to work past that because of public relations work like going out with clients to have a drink," says Ben.
As a brand strategist, he has to meet new faces everyday.
"It's a challenge as I don't know who I'm meeting. I have to always think about how to represent my company to people like celebrities, stylists and the media."

Ms Hildra Gwee, 23, is a writer for Wine and Dine magazine.
She has been at the publication for just three months, so there is still much to learn.
"I don't know as much as I want to know. When I first started out, it was quite scary," she says.
"People just expect you to know things. Right now, I want to learn more about wine, for obvious reasons."
Weekdays are often a whirl of product and event launches and fashion shows - all opportunities to learn from interviewees and the people she meets. And of course, Hildra does her own reading up.
In her down time, Hildra catches up with friends at the wine bar at Zouk on weekends. She also does a bit of water sports like sailing and windsurfing, though not as much as when she was in university.

Game to be AsiaOne’s Face of the Month?
AsiaOne is on the lookout for two photogenic people to feature as our "Face of the Month.”
We will post two pictures each week – one male and one female.
AsiaOne roving photographers will either snap these pictures or you could send in entries as well.
At the end of each month, AsiaOne readers will be invited to vote for who they think should be the “Face of the Month.”
By year’s end, there will be 24 faces (12 males and 12 females). From these, readers will vote for the most popular face from each category, and the two will be named AsiaOne’s “Face of the Year.”
The winning couple stand to take home attractive mystery prizes, which will be announced later.
