Developments for the Resorts World at Sentosa will proceed as planned, and will not be affected by the Indonesian ban on sand exports, or the recent resignation of the Sentosa Development Corporation's Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

At the development agreement signing today, Dr Loo Choon Yong, Chairman of the Sentosa Development Corporation tells AsiaOne that alternative sources of sand or means of construction will be found.

And though CEO Darrell Metzger has tendered his resignation, his involvement with Resorts World will still continue.
