Pakistani Aysha Saifuddin is the winner of the inaugural DHL Young Entrepreneurs for Sustainability (YES) Awards.

The 35-year-old founder of Kaarvan Crafts Foundation has helped improve the lives of thousands of Pakistani women entrepreneurs from low-income communities since 2003.

Ms Saifuddin tells us what drives her and Kaarvan to help others, and the challenges of operating such an organisation in Pakistan.
