He creeps up on you in a supermarket, commandeers your shopping trolley, takes over your grocery list, then invades your kitchen and cooks your dinner. But no one's complaining!

While in Singapore for the World Gourmet Summit, 'Take Home Chef' Curtis Stone showed how easy it is to whip up a fine meal from three randomly selected ingredients – Wagyu beef fillet, blue cheese and, curiously, a can of chestnut puree!
