There are walk-a-thons, and then there is THIS walk-a-thon where the participants are all less than half a metre tall.

It's a mini-walk where babies and toddlers walk the walk to support and raise awareness for pneumoccocal disease (PD), which kills more than one million children under the age of five every year in developing countries.

In Singapore, 13.7 in every 100,000 children aged five and younger, are infected with invasive PD each year.
