Vietnam struggles to deliver aid to people hit by the worst floods in 40 years, as fresh floods hit the country.

At least 120 people have been killed and another 44 are missing after days of heavy rains. The government estimates that nearly 800 houses collapsed or were swept away, and thousands of hectares of rice and other crops have been destroyed.
