With ten days to go until Americans choose a new president, the Republican and Democratic hopefuls woo voters in key battleground states.

Voters are already heading to the polls in a number of states. In Florida, many had to stand in line for hours before they could cast their ballots on Saturday (Oct 25).

Democrat Barack Obama has widened his lead over Republican John McCain in most national polls and surveys of battleground states, including Pennsylvania, Ohio and traditional Republican strongholds such as Virginia and North Carolina.
