Thousands of people who gathered in London's Trafalgar Square to sing in a mass karaoke publicity stunt were in for a surprise when they found themselves led through the chorus by pop diva Pink.

The pop star emerged from the crowd in a hooded jacket and and revealed her identity during a rendition of Janis Joplin's 'Piece of My Heart'.
