On Tuesday evening, 173 people were trapped in the capsules of the Singapore Flyer for more than six hours. The world's largest observation wheel had stopped spinning due to a technical disruption.

Victims and tourists were at the Flyer the next day to ask for ticket refunds and medical compensation.
They share their experiences.

General manager of Singapore Flyer, Mr Steven Yeo, also delivers a statement of the mishap.
