A car bomb exploded in a car park near the University of Navarre in northern Spanish city of Pamplona on Thursday.

Officials said several people were slightly injured. The blast came just two days after Spanish police arrested four suspected guerrillas from the Basque separatist group, ETA, they said had been planning attacks in the Navarre region.
